3. Booking and Appointments

Bookings for our services can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion, particularly if we identify issues that may impact the safety or quality of the service.

• Confirmation: All booking requests are provisional until confirmed by our team.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.
• Vehicle Drop-off: Vehicles must be dropped off at the scheduled time to ensure timely service commencement.

5. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is suitable for the requested services and for disclosing any known issues or modifications. While every care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions exacerbated by our services, provided we have acted with reasonable care and skill.

• Disclosure: Please inform us of any significant vehicle history or sensitive components.
• Personal Items: We advise removing all valuable personal items from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to unremoved personal belongings.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and parts. Specific warranty periods apply to different services and parts, which will be communicated at the time of service. This warranty is subject to proper vehicle maintenance and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Workmanship: We guarantee the quality of our labor for a specified period (e.g., 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever comes first).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
